An agency with four services, listings that change daily and no time for social media.
Yourstyle Vastgoed & Keuringen in Almere sells, guides buyers, appraises and inspects. The listings change daily and live in the agency software, reviews live on Funda and Google, and every new property needed posts on several channels. That manual work was left behind on exactly the days it matters.
One site around the client, linked to the agency software, with AI preparing the writing.
We designed and built the site in Laravel and Livewire with its own CMS. Listings come in automatically from the agency software (Kolibri), reviews from Funda and Google are imported and every town in the service area has its own landing page. Visitors request a valuation online: the address is recognised and the home value arrives at the agent straight away through a valuation API. AI suggests blog topics, does the research, writes the draft and generates the matching images, and writes the posts for social media; after approval, properties, articles and reviews are scheduled and published automatically. The site is optimised for search engines, with structured data for properties and reviews and perfect Lighthouse scores. We take care of hosting and maintenance.
